A Mouthful is a documentary of the rise and fall of one of the most talented chef’s in NYC, Paul Liebrandt. Currently, Paul is the executive chef of Corton, a two Michelin star restaurant in TriBeCa. The film will premiere at the South By Southwest Film Festival in March. It’s a very interesting film that I would definitely watch.
